Second, you can easily choose a very inexpensive roasting pan or go all out and add a Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Roaster. 

And third, while you're deciding on a roasting pan, 90% of roasting can be done in the 10" Cast Iron Skillet included in this set.  The Cast Iron Skillet is actually quite awesome for roasting because you can sear on the stove top, then move the pan to the oven quite easily. 

The only things you can't roast in the 10" Cast Iron Skillet are large roasts, like a whole Turkey.
