The Big Green Egg

Every so often, someone invents something so ingenious, that it redefines how we see or do things.  Luckily, someone came along centuries ago in Japan and invented what we know today as a "kamado" cooker - still widely regarded as one of the best tools for outdoor cooking.

Then, in 1974, The Big Green Egg company came along, took the kamado idea and brought it to an entirely new level of efficiency and quality.

The Big Green Egg is a complete outdoor cooker.  You can do everything from grilling a steak to slow cooking a tender brisket to baking a loaf of bread.  Vegetables - corn, potatoes, mushrooms, onions - and even desserts are superb.
